PinayFashion collects only what we need to take and deliver your orders: your name, phone number, Facebook name if you give it, pickup point or delivery address, your order details, and the messages you send in our website chat.

How we use it

To confirm and deliver your orders, answer your questions, and improve our service. We do not sell your information.

The chat assistant

Our website chat is answered by an AI assistant, and by our team when you ask for a person or when needed. Messages are processed by our AI service provider to generate replies. Please don't share card numbers, passwords or ID numbers in the chat.

Find My Size

The measurements you type in Find My Size stay on your device: the size is worked out in your browser and nothing is sent to us. If you tick “Remember my measurements on this device”, they are saved only in this browser, and you can untick it to forget them.

Try It On Me (virtual try-on)

Virtual try-on is not available yet. When it is, this section will explain exactly how your photo is handled before you can use it.

How long we keep it

Chat conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days. Order records are kept as long as needed for our business and legal obligations.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time through our contact details.
